Serves 4-6 as a snack


Prepare the ingredients according to the instructions

Zucchini Fries

350g zucchini, cut into quarters or sticks (lengthways)

½ cup cake flour, put into a large bowl

2-3 eggs, beaten and put into a large bowl

1 x 85g Trigz Jalapeno, crushed in a food processor to make coarse crumbs & put into a bowl

Serve with


1-2 clove garlic, crushed

A handful chives

1 lemon cut into wedges


  1. For the Zucchini Fries, preheat the oven to 220°C & prepare a baking tray with Spray & Cook. Evenly coat the zucchini sticks in flour then egg and then the Trigz crumbs. Place them on the oven tray and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the zucchini fries are golden brown & completely cooked.
  2. Combine the mayonnaise with garlic & sprinkle the chives on top. Serve the zucchini fries with the mayonnaise & lemon wedges.

Chef’s tip: The White Cheddar Trigz will go well here. Try this recipe in your air fryer.
