Ingredients

Prepare the ingredients according to the instructions.

Dressing

6 Tbsp / 90ml light soy sauce

6 Tbsp / 90 ml rice vinegar

4 tsp / 20 ml sesame oil

2 tsp crushed garlic

4 tsp ginger, peeled & finely grated

Serve with

640g salmon (160g per person), cut into bite size pieces

2 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

1 cup green cabbage, finely chopped

1 cup red cabbage, finely chopped

2 carrots, peeled and grated

3 stems celery, chopped

Handful coriander, rinsed and chopped

2 spring onion, rinsed and finely chopped

4 x 28g pack Trigz Sweet Chili flavor

Directions

  1. For the Dressing, combine the ingredients with a whisk in a mixing bowl. Divide the dressing into 2 parts, one part is for the salmon and the other is for the vegetables.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the salmon and one part of the dressing, add the sesame seeds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the vegetables and the other part of the dressing, add coriander and spring onion
  4. To Serve, individually, arrange the salmon, vegetables & Trigz Sweet Chili flavor in bowls.

Chef’s tip: If you like spicy food add fresh chopped red chili.
