Prepare the ingredients according to the instructions.

2 x tinned tuna in salt water, drain off the liquid & remove from the tin

2 eggs, boiled, peeled, and cut in half

140g/ 1 cup green beans, boiled in salted water and cut into bit sized pieces

50g / ¼ cup Pitted olives

½ Cucumber, sliced

125g/ ½ cup Cherry tomatoes, cut into halves

Salt & pepper to season

For the dressing

2 Tbsp red wine vinegar

2 Tbsp water

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 tsp crushed garlic

¼ tsp dried oregano

Season with salt & pepper to taste

Serve with

4  x 28g pack Trigz Chutney  

1 lemon, cut into wedges


  1. Arrange the tuna, eggs, green beans, olives, cucumbers & cherry tomatoes in a large salad dish.
  2. For the Dressing, combine the ingredients in a small bowl with a whisk.
  3. Serve with Trigz Chutney flavour & lemon.
