Prepare the ingredients according to the instructions.

Caesar Dressing

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 tsp crushed garlic

1/2 tsp vinegar

1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

5g anchovy fillets (2 fillets), chopped (optional)

10g / handful parmesan cheese, grated

¼ tsp salt

Serve with

1 head Romaine lettuce, washed and cut into bite sized pieces

440g blanched and shelled prawns (10 per person)

50g / ½ cup peas, cooked in boiling water

80g / ½ cup sugar snaps, cooked in boiling water

4 x 28g pack Trigz Sweet Chili flavor

Parmesan shavings


  1. For the Caesar Dressing, combine all ingredients with a whisk in a mixing bowl. Set aside
  2. To serve, combine the lettuce, prawns, peas, sugar snaps & Caesar Dressing in salad bowl. Arrange the Trigz on top with parmesan shavings.
